The services we offer include:
- Annual servicing of gas boilers and gas fires.
- Boiler and central heating repair.
- LPG boiler servicing (in permanent dwellings only, not residential park homes or static caravans.)
- Landlords annual gas safety inspections. Landlord gas safety certificates. (often called CP12)
- Radiator replacement. Installation of thermostatic radiator valves
- Inspection and maintenance of pressurised, unvented hot water cylinders
- Plumbing repairs and installation of outside taps, etc.

What to do if your boiler breaks down:
- Make a note of any fault codes displayed on the boiler.
- Make a note of what was happening when the fault occurred in terms of heating and hot water demand.
- Find or download your boiler instructions and consult the fault-finding section.
- Reset the boiler if safe to do so and monitor it to see if it happens again.
